Tim Lee is a proud military brat of a 21 year Air Force television and radio broadcast veteran. Tim grew up watching his dad on TV, hearing him on the radio, and helping in whatever capacity dad would allow. After working with him on many projects, the broadcast and production bugs stuck with him. Tim is a self-taught broadcaster with almost two decades of experience in-front and behind the microphone and camera, as well as a former Disney caricature artist, pastor, videographer, photographer, and graphic designer. Tim is a conservative Christian and remains happily married, since 2013, to his first wife, Mandi.
I’m a veteran who hosts the statewide radio talk show Montana Talks. For nearly two decades I’ve worked in Montana politics and broadcasting, including time as the State Director for Ryan Zinke’s Congressional offices in Montana, and as the communications director for the gubernatorial campaign of now-Congressman Greg Gianforte. Prior to my political work, I grew a statewide radio show in Montana from 10 signals to more than 20 radio signals across the state. My work has been featured nationally by the Fox Business Network, The Drudge Report, Huffington Post, Politico, and others. As an officer in the Army National Guard, I served four military tours overseas including time in Iraq, Afghanistan and most recently the Horn of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. I enjoy combining my real-world background and Montana roots, with a love for journalism.
